Can I return the item if I simply change my mind?

Returns, exchanges and refunds are only permitted for genuine product quality defects, shipping damage or incorrect shipment. We cannot accept returns for personal reasons such as dislike, wrong order or size issues. Please double‑check product specifications before placing your order.

What happens if some items in my order are out of stock?

We carry a wide range of products and will not notify you separately before shipment for individual out‑of‑stock items. In‑stock items will be dispatched. Due to our wide range of products on the site, occasional stockouts may occur. For the amount of the out-of-stock item, we will issue a coupon of equal value to you.

How about shipping fee?

Free shipping on order over 40usd. We will collect 8usd as shipping fee for orders below 40usd. 

How long is the delivery time?

We ship worldwide. Order preparation takes 3–5 working days. Delivery to Europe and the US takes 2–3 weeks, while shipping to other regions takes 2–4 weeks. Duties for small parcels to the US and EU are included in the shipping cost
